What is the minimum order?
Richkart collection designs start at 10 pieces. If you supply your own custom artwork, the minimum is 50 pieces. Tell us the quantity per design and size so we can confirm the order configuration.
Can I send my own designs?
Yes. Share photography, illustrations or branded artwork by upload or downloadable link, provided you have permission to reproduce it.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes. Add your UK delivery postcode to the enquiry. The current delivery window is 7–15 days, with the final schedule confirmed in your quotation.

What is the artwork printed on?
Each design is custom printed on premium white cloth, supported by 5 mm MDF and finished with 1.5-inch round Sheesham wood moulding. Every piece is prepared and finished by hand, ready to hang.
Can you print my own images or designs?
Yes. Upload your design with the enquiry form, share an artwork link, or email us afterwards with your enquiry reference. Please send high-resolution originals that you own or have permission to reproduce. We’ll review the files and agree the artwork before production.
What is the minimum order?
Richkart collection designs start at 10 pieces. Customer-supplied custom artwork starts at 50 pieces. Tell us the quantity you need and any variation in designs or sizes so we can prepare your quotation.
Can I request a different size?
Yes. Our signature size is 2 × 3 ft. Tell us your required dimensions and quantity so we can confirm feasibility and provide a quotation. Final artwork and outer frame measurements will be confirmed in the quote.
Do you supply businesses and bulk orders?
We welcome enquiries from interior designers, retailers, hotels and other businesses. Share your quantity, preferred styles and delivery requirements for a tailored proposal.
How much does it cost, and when will it arrive?
Delivery takes 7–15 days. Pricing depends on the design, dimensions and quantity. Your quotation will confirm the delivery schedule, total costs and any applicable import charges before you commit.
