Who handles your information
Richkart Art is operated by Ristkerry E-Commerce Limited, Richkart HQ, JB Road NH No 65, Sujangarh, Rajasthan 331507, India. Contact Account@richkart.com about your enquiry or personal information.
What we collect and why
We save the name, email, optional phone and company, UK delivery postcode, artwork files or links, and project details you submit. We use them to assess your requirements, prepare quotations and follow up on your enquiry. Customer records may include internal notes, quotation values and enquiry status. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and access
Records and uploaded artwork are stored in private directories on our hosting account and are accessible through the password-protected admin panel to authorised Richkart staff. Our team in India handles UK enquiries, so your information is accessed from India. Our hosting provider processes stored data to operate the website. Artwork links remain subject to the sharing settings and privacy terms of the service you choose.
Cookies and abuse prevention
The form and admin panel use a session cookie for security. We also use short-lived, hashed request identifiers to limit abuse. Hosting services may keep their own technical access logs.
Your choices
Provide only the information and artwork needed for your enquiry. Do not upload sensitive documents. Email us with your enquiry reference to request access, correction or deletion of your details, or to ask how long they are needed. We keep enquiry records while needed to handle the enquiry and related business records; records may also remain in hosting backups until those backups expire.
